Themes in Conceptual Film

Politics and the Social Order:

In our world you are expected to do certain things. That doesn't just mean following the rules... It's more severe and harsher than that. Everyone looks to the higher classes, of what to do or how to do something. We are like puppets, being controlled by the government and the rich with not much say being taken into account. I'm gonna bring up the 2016 election for a second because, when we get to that time when we have to elect the next president you do sort of a background check seeing who you most agree on/who do you think will do the best job. People didn't vote that year because they either didn't like them, agree with them, or thought that they were horrible. And that made it all fall apart. Of all the years we have had elections and presidents... not once did any lady win. And that's because people look to men, to rich men.

I'm talking a lot about the government itself more than why I'm choosing this topic, so I'll move tot hat now. I chose this topic because I have wanted to change a lot about the way the government runs. Starting with the Earth and its people. Climate change and immigration are my main focus'. They aren't looked at enough or thought about too much by enough people that one day it's gonna be too late to change. The people coming in from their war torn country should be helped! Not pushed away! we should come together to stop their home from being destroyed to stop the war in all! That's the reason why I wanna make a short film on this to show how- when people don't pay attention to big causes that's right infront of their faces, it will be to late to change. Now it won't necessarily be mainly about those causes but they will be close to it and the short film will be close to a documentary type!
